Dates of Employment: March 2009 to present

Dates of Employment: October 2007 to February 2009

·   Assist sales team by creating network designs for both existing and potential customers.

·   Provide costs (both budgetary and actual) for network solutions.

·   Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on network solutions such as Internet access, MPLS, IPLC and IEPL.

Position: Senior Communications Systems Engineer, Northrop Grumman, Chantilly, VA

Dates of Employment: October 2006 to October 2007

·   Lead Engineer for R&D program focused on wireless security products, with an emphasis on evaluation of Mobile VPN products. This included interaction with vendors, securing demo versions of hardware/software, integrating the product into our lab, developing test plans and procedures, testing and preparing reports.

·   Assisted in deployment and acceptance testing of large municipal WiFi deployment in Corpus Christi, TX (over 1600 access points).

·   Set up demonstrations for customers interested in Northrop Grumman’s capabilities in the public safety network and applications arena.

·   Responsible for test lab maintenance and architecture.

Position: Senior Network Engineer, America On Line, Dulles, VA

Dates of Employment: October 2002 to September 2006

·   Responsible for design, equipment selection, configuration and deployment of LAN/WAN Enterprise network solutions. Routing protocols used included OSPF and BGP. Network equipment included Cisco, Foundry, Juniper and Netscreen.

·   Designed and deployed large (300+ access points) wireless LAN solution using Cisco Aironet products.

·   Tested and deployed WLAN management platform (Cisco Wireless LAN Solution Engine)
